Sergio Piana began in the industry in 1990 as a Real Estate Agent for the Century 21 Real Estate Corporation. He had been a successful Buyers agent for a Top Realtor, his Mother Eugenia Piana. Together they were a top producing team for 10 consecutive years.  Those 10 years in the Real Estate Industry working with Buyers gave him a wealth of knowledge and experience that allowed him to successfully move into the Mortgage field. He became a Broker and since 2001 has been able to successfully originate and close hundreds of mortgage loans. His Real Estate Background has proven to be priceless in understanding what potential Buyers and their Real Estate Agents are looking for in their Lender.
